Epic’s now the target of another lawsuit over Fortnite dances, but this one is a bit different from those we’ve noted so far. The Fortnite fan known as Orange Shirt Kid entered a contest to get a dance into Fortnite, and outpouring of support from the game’s community saw Epic eventually put his moves in the game as ‘Orange Justice.’ Now his mother is suing the company for ripping off the dance.

EA has announced and detailed today the latest content that is set to release for their WW2 online-multiplayer shooter title, Battlefield V.

Game Director Tetsuya Nomura explained the game engine change during development was the main reason Kingdom Hearts III took so long to develop. He clarified it was a decision from the “higher-ups” and the development team had to train and adapt to the new engine before continuing development.
