Bully 2 “never got off the ground,” according to reports

A sequel to Rockstar Games’s 2006 title Bully – or Canis Canem Edit as it was bizarrely known in the studio’s native UK- has long been rumoured, as it’s a fairly beloved game from a definitely beloved developer. Sherlock Holmes developer had 9 out of 10 of its games pulled

Last month Frogwares, the developer of The Sinking City and Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishments, announced that it was in talks with Focus Home Interactive – which published many of the studio’s games prior to The Sinking City, including the most recent Sherlock Holmes game. The talks were to do with keeping Frogwares’ games on storefronts such as Steam, now that the developer had left Focus and the IP for those games had reverted back to them. read more

Call of Duty: Mobile has been downloaded 35 million times in four days

Call of Duty: Mobile – the long-overdue free-to-play mobile game spin-off of the franchise – launched on Android and iOS last Monday, October 1. We already knew it was going to be popular beforehand – apart from the fact that it’s the enormously popular Call of Duty series going properly on mobile, analyst Daniel Ahmad noted that it had over 16 million pre-registrations in China. This is despite the fact that it had, at the time, not yet been approved for release there. read more
