Epic Games Want To Change Fortnite’s Endgame

Some gamers love the last few minutes of a Fortnite Battle, while others despise it. When I first started playing Fortnite, nobody really knew how to correctly use the building mechanic, so fights were mostly limited to high hills and tactical firefights. This was pretty fun as gamers depended on accuracy, the environment and occasionally wooden walls to claim their victory royale. Now the endgame has become considerably different; the building spams and seemingly endless rocket launcher blasts turn your tiny 20*20m radius into a cartoony apocalypse, while for many this is pretty awesome, for some it’s become a frustration. read more

Remedy Entertainment Don’t Rule Out a Possible Alan Wake Sequel

Remedy Entertainment, known for their work on Alan Wake, the Max Payne series, and most recently Quantum Break, don’t rule out the possibility of an Alan Wake sequel. Alan Wake is an action thriller title, originally releasing back in 2010 and 2012 for Xbox 360 and PC respectively. The game received critical acclaim from several outlets, and was nominated for several awards during its year of release. read more

EA Sports Considers Cross-Platfrom Play in FIFA 19; “A Net Benefit to Users”

FIFA 19 is a very important entry in the franchise, featuring official licensed UEFA competitions after snatching it up from Konami’s Pro Evolution Soccer’s series. Cross-platform play is a controversial topic, but much talked about within the FIFA community. FIFA creative director Matt Prior was featured in an interview with Eurogamer during E3, where he answered a few questions regarding how and why cross-platform play isn’t available in FIFA right now, as well as discussing some of the benefits it may bring to the community. read more
