DOOM Gets A 4K Patch For Xbox One X and PS4 Pro

Time to stomp on some demon heads in crystal clear 4k resolution! id Software has just launched a new update for DOOM, enabling 4K enhancements for both Xbox One and PS4 Pro. Unfortunately, id Software didn’t state whether the 4K enhancement is native 4K or upscaled 4K – which makes me believe that it was more likely the latter (there is usually more hype with news like this if it ends up being native 4K). read more

Playdead, the thinktank behind dark fantasy hits Inside and Limbo, put fans into speculative overdrive when it tweeted an image of its newest project in 2017. In true form, the developer held off revealing further information until this year, urging “creative, passionate” people to visit its booth at GDC. John Cena Confirmed To Play Duke Nukem In Film Adaptation

Previously we noted that there may be a chance that John Cena would be playing Duke in an upcoming film adaption – while the news was pretty certain, there was a slight element of doubt as he was only confirmed ‘to be in talks’ to play the character.
