Illfonic’s video game adaptation of the massive horror franchise, Friday the 13th: The Game, is getting a massive holiday update.
The new update is due around next Monday, on 18th of December. However, that’s only an estimate for PS4 and PC users to hold on to. Xbox One users will have to wait a little bit longer. The holiday update brings a much desired feature, offline bots. Players can now create lobbies with offline bots to practice before diving into online play. You can choose from three difficulty levels, and even decide how many counselors there are in your game session. Not only that, the update also increases the maximum level cap and brings with it a holiday-themed event, starting from December 18th and ending on January 2nd. The event has three sub-events in it, including increased chance of rolling a Rare or Epic perk and even double CP.
Finally, you will be able to select how difficult the bots you play against will be from the 3 difficulty levels included in the update – Easy, Normal, and Hard. The higher the difficulty you choose, the longer counselors will remember you being in the area, the more likely they are to fight you, the quicker they are to react to your presence, the quicker they are to exit hiding spaces when you leave, and the more likely they are to use Medical Sprays smartly.
They’ll fix cars, boats, hide in closets, under beds, in sleeping bags, barricade doors, and more to keep you from making them into another victim. Feel l
