One Man Studio Action Game Bright Memory Coming to Steam’s Early Access Later in January

There are always one-man development team who produce real indie gems, and Zeng Xiancheng is one of them.

The developer originally announced Bright Memory around two years ago, and even then, the game looked quite interesting. Xiancheng announced Bright Memory is finally ready to enter Steam’s Early Access program later this month. The first-person action RPG title will offer players around an hour of gameplay, which is a third of what the full version will offer when it is ready. The developer promised the final release will host more diverse weapons and guns, more features, better visuals and more. Here is a brief description and a GIF of Bright Memory’s world.

Bright Memory is a first-person action shooting game, the players can control different styles of special abilities and create a set of gorgeous combos with the combination of skills. It tells an adventure story of Shelia of Natural Science Research Organization (SRO).

2020, SRO discovered a material in an ancient sword which could recall dead creatures during an investigation of cultural relics crime. The third-party military organizations (SAI) infiltrated into SRO’s research institute and tried to grab the material. They changed the coordinates of the transmitter to the edge of Arctic where they found a land of sky that a large number of ancient creatures exist. SRO must stop SAI ‘s conspiracy and find out the truth.
