Techland’s sequel to the open-world survival title, Dying Light, was revealed last year during E3 2018. Since then, everything we saw or heard from the developers indicates it is bigger and better than ever.
Techland supported the original title for around four years after its release, and intends to do the same with Dying Light 2. Lead Game designer Tymon Smektala promised to support the title with post-launch content, including “DLCs, updates, and extra stuff they can get their hands on.”
Dying Light 1 was supported for four years after its release, and the plan for Dying Light 2 is exactly the same. We want this game to be supported after its release. We know that a lot of fans will be waiting for DLCs, updates, extra stuff they can get their hands on. And we promise to deliver them just that.
Dying Light 2 still doesn’t have a set release date but is expected to launch some time in 2020 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
