Bethesda has announced that the highly anticipated first-person shooter, Wolfenstein 2: Shadow of The Colossus, will release on Nintendo Switch June 29th.
So far, the Switch port is looking absolutely fantastic, it’s pretty amazing to see well the game holds up to the PS4 release, I mean, the fire effects from guns and the laser cannon, the explosions, the reflections – it’s shaping up to be quite a benchmark game for the Switch. From previous gameplay footage there are slight mess ups here and there, with notable slowed down parts, and audio issues but I’m sure these will be addressed before the final launch in June
An exhilarating adventure brought to life by the industry-leading id Tech® 6, Wolfenstein® II sends players to Nazi-controlled America on a mission to recruit the boldest resistance leaders left. Fight the Nazis in iconic American locations, equip an arsenal of badass guns, and unleash new abilities to blast your way through legions of Nazi soldiers in this definitive first-person shooter.
Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus launched last year for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The Nintendo Switch version of the game is due June 29th.
