Doom Eternal has been a highly anticipated video game and we’re getting close to the release of the game. However, if you’re wanting to get an early look into the gameplay then you may be delighted to know that TheSpudHunter on YouTube uploaded footage of the game. What may be noteworthy is that the gameplay is featuring the Nightmare mode that shows some intense battles with an assortment of demons.
With Doom Eternal, players take on the role of Doom Slayer once again as the narrative follows the events of the 2016 reboot of Doom. Now that the demonic invasion has landed on Earth, humanity’s last chance of survival is left up to the space marine. As you can imagine, this game will feature plenty of brutal and intense battles against a wide range of enemies. However, just as before, there will be a few different difficulty settings. While this game features a Nightmare mode, you can find that the gameplay can be tweaked to your liking.
As mentioned, Doom Eternal is getting ready to release as we can pick up a copy of the game this March 20, 2020, for the PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and eventually it will see a release on the Nintendo Switch. This game will feature some new elements to the gameplay compared to the 2016 Doom release such as a hub world where you can make upgrades to the character.
In recent news, Doom Eternal was also stated to feature support for the foreseeable future when the game launches. With 2016 Doom still being enjoyed by players, it was clear to the development team that they needed to supply some sort of post-launch content when Doom Eternal hit the marketplace.
