After an enthralling few months of events in version 2.5 of Genshin Impact, it’s time for another massive content update. Titled Zephyr of the Violet Garden, the latest update will launch by the end of this month, on March 30th. It will introduce a brand new area called Chasm.
Chasm is Genshin Impact’s newest region and is located in the westernmost part of Liyue. It will bring with it anticipated stories about the Traveler Twins and Khaenri’ah. To help players through this darkness is a new gadget called the Lumenstone Adjuvant that will light the path ahead. Players can look to unlock a new Namecard and the four-star weapon Billet.
The update also brings the Magnificent Irodori Festival, this event commemorates the abolishment of the Sakoku Decree and brings in people from all over Teyvat for celebrations. It is organized by the Yashiro Commission and Yae Miko, and will feature many lots of old friends who will come to take part in festivities and games.
