If you’re using Arkar in Octopath Traveler 2 and you want to make the most of his Inventor class, you’ll eventually be on the lookout for the Rainbow Glass Bottle to learn the Elemental Bomb Bottle skill. This is one of many skills Arkar can learn as an Inventor, and is one of the earliest you’re able to learn.
Rainbow Glass Bottle Location in Octopath Traveler 2
To get the Rainbow Glass Bottle, you need to go to Conning Creek. If you’ve already been to Conning Creek, then you can take the easy path and Fast Travel there in order to grab the Rainbow Glass Bottle. Otherwise, you’ll need to head to the location on the map below.
When you arrive in Conning Creek from the West, there’s a Save Point right inside the city by a path that heads North. Follow that path, and you’ll find yourself at the harbor.

Then, you’ll see the beach below. Head down the stairs, and once you’re on the beach, go to the left where there’s a Red Chest on the sand. The color sticks out against the sand and the water, so you shouldn’t have any issues spotting it here.
Open up the chest, and you’ve got the Rainbow Glass Bottle.
