Modern Warfare II Multiplayer Free Access starts today, March 16. It’ll be available until March 20. As part of the event, everyone can try out the first-ever Call of Duty Raid in Special Ops Raid Episode 01. But if you aren’t interested, you can also spend the weekend playing standard modes like Team Deathmatch and Domination.
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 free weekend (March 16-20, 2023)
If you want to play MW2 on Steam, simply go to this page and press the “Play Game” button to start the download process. Then, you can launch it from your Steam library.
However, there’s also a free weekend with the latest Call of Duty on Battle.net. If you want to participate, you must install the Blizzard Desktop App. Select the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 section from the game list and start playing!
