Another big ‘Tales of’ remaster is almost upon us, and there’s still time to save ahead of launch — if you’re quick!
There have been a number of ‘Tales of’ remasters recently that have breathed new life into the beloved JRPG series. And the latest to get its time in the spotlight is Tales of Xillia Remastered.
Originally released in Japan back in 2011 (before getting its Western debut a couple of years later), Xillia follows Milla and her spirit companions on their journey through the world of Rieze Maxia, on a mission to destroy the mana-sapping Lance of Kresnik and restore balance to the world.
This remaster not only features QoL improvements and visual updates, it also comes with all DLC included.
And if you preorder either edition before release, you’ll also receive the Super Adventuring Assistance Set as a bonus, which includes the following:
- Apple Gel x 10
- Orange Gel x 10
- Life Bottle x 10
- Panacea Bottle x 10
Are there any Tales of Xillia Remastered Steam key deals?
Yes, you can get a cheap Tales of Xillia Remastered key from a number of stores, including Fanatical, which has it listed at 16% off.
Or you can save even more on the PC version via keyshops, where Loaded (formerly CDKeys) is offering a 25% discount ahead of launch. (If you can’t see keyshop offers, you might need to turn them on in your GG settings.
As for other platforms, there aren’t any official discounts, but you can always make up for that by using a discounted gift card towards your purchase.
It’s the same deal for the Tales of Xillia Remastered Deluxe Edition, with as much as 16% off available from official stores, and discounts as high as 25% from keyshops.
Again, sadly no discounts are available on other platforms — but those cheap gift cards always are!
