Mad Mushroom Media has announced the official launch of Claws & Chaos, inviting you to fight for your seating rights on public transportation. In particular, the auto-chess battler will have you forming a ragtag team of adorable animals on a quest for vengeance – specifically, vengeance on a chubby king who’s pretty much a seat hoarder on a boat.
This cute auto-battler might look all nice and fluffy from the outside, but it’s packing some serious strategic chops, as you’ll really have to think about your tactics during the preparation phase of each new match. Then, once you’re happy with your lineup – keeping in mind how each animal will have its own skills to take advantage of in combat – you can watch the battle unfold and see if you’ll come out victorious.
I suppose what will make you want to keep repeating the battles is how adorable the animals are – they’re decked in super cute costumes that you can unlock to add more flair to your cosmetics. There are two PvP modes here too, including one that’s a semi-endless mode where you’ll get random buffs every three rounds – that should be enough to keep you busy when you’re not fighting for justice in the narrative campaign.
