Embark Studios is feeling all festive and thankful, which is good news for all players looking for an ARC Raiders freebie this Christmas.
A wintery chill has fallen over Speranza, bringing forth the Flickering Flames event and the Candleberry Banquet community project, with Raiders collecting Candleberries to use in a season-ending feast.
And as a gesture of thanks to players for helping the extraction shooter soar to such early heights, the devs are handing out $10-worth of Raider Tokens, and all you have to do is claim them.
How to claim free Raider Tokens in ARC Raiders?
First of all, there’s no gameplay requirement in order to claim these free Raider Tokens. All you need to do is log in and visit your in-game messages.
- Launch ARC Raiders and ensure you’re logged in with your Embark Account ID
- Load into Speranza’s main hub
- Open the in-game mail
- Find the message marked ‘Happy Holidays!’
- Open it, then hit the claim button found in the message
- Done!
There’s no defined end date for this giveaway, but considering it’s seasonal, we’d jump on it ASAP, just to be sure.
What can you use ARC Raider Tokens for?
A Raider Token is ARC‘s premium in-game currency, but it should be pointed out that buying it is completely optional — they game doesn’t feature any pay-to-win mechanic.
Instead, Raider Tokens are used to purchase cosmetic items. Because no one wants to head Topside looking a mess, right?
At the minute, there’s no way to earn Raider Tokens through gameplay, and it’s unclear if that’s going to be added at a later date. But, if you do have some to use, here’s what you can buy with Raider Tokens:
- Raider Decks — themed collections to give your Raider a fresh look
- Bundles containing a mix of cosmetics
- Individual outfits
- Raider accessories
- Weapon skins
- Emotes

Where to get ARC Raiders cheap
Of course, in order to take Embark’s generosity, you’ll need to own the game. If you’re on PC, you grab an ARC Raiders Steam key discount of 20% from official stores, and up to 44% via keyshops.
Xbox players can grab it at 20% off via the Microsoft Store, or save 31% through keyshops.
If you’re on PlayStation, the game’s still full price at the moment. But you can save on that price by putting a discounted PSN giftcard towards the cost.

And it’s the same sort of story when it comes to ARC Raiders Deluxe Edition Steam keys and Xbox copies. Officially, you can save 20%, but keyshops have half-price codes available.
No discounts on PlayStation, unfortunately. Once again, PSN gift cards are your friend.
