As temperatures slowly rise and we enter into the spring season, things are heating up in the world of Genshin Impact as well with the arrival of version 5.5, Day of the Flame’s Return. The update is set to release on March 26th with a myriad of content as part of the first phase. From Event Wishes to new gameplay events, there’s a lot to unpack in the upcoming patch.
We begin with the Event Wishes, which will be available until April 15th, both featuring the new 4-star character Iansan (Electro). Other than that, Cornucopia of Contention will increase the drop rate for the 5-star Varesa (Electro), while The Crane Soars Skyward will be spearheaded by the 5-star character, Xianyun (Anemo).
The third and final event wish, Epitome Invocation will give you a greater shot at getting your hands on the 5-star Vivid Notions Catalyst as well as the Crane’s Echoing Call Catalyst. Moving on to the events, the Tournament of Glory in Bloom will run until April 14th, granting you Primogems and Crown of Insight for completing various gameplay modes.
