Send halp, because the new Hearthstone expansion is here. Following through with the initial announcement last month, the collectible card battler has now launched Into the Emerald Dream, where you can get your hands on 145 new cards because the roster – and the fun – never stops.
In the latest expansion to Hearthstone, the new Imbue Keyword will let you source your power from the World Tree, essentially offering a fresh Hero Power when you play an Imbue card for the first time as a Druid, Hunter, Mage, Paladin, Priest, or Shaman. This will be unique to your class only, and every time you play another Imbue card, you get to upgrade this power to bring death and destruction to anyone who dares to stand in your way.
Another new Keyword, Dark Gifts, will also be switching up the meta. These minion power-ups can pair with specific Discover options for the Warrior, Demon Hunter, Death Knight, Warlock, and Rogue.
And finally, the Expanded Keyword: Choose One will let you take advantage of a Choose One card, which can offer two different modes when you put them in play. I don’t doubt how all these new additions will spice things up in battle, which means I need to catch up real quick with my decks if I don’t want to get left behind.
