My Hero Academia: The Strongest Hero will shut down its servers next month

  • My Hero Academia: The Strongest Hero will shut down on March 31st
  • SSS+ copies of heroes and 100,000 coins will be given to everyone
  • You can get a refund if you made any purchases in the last week

My Hero Academia: The Strongest Hero is coming to an end. The developers have just announced that the service will officially shut down on March 31st, 2025. While this isn’t the news anyone wanted, there is still time to make the most of what’s left.

As of now, The Strongest Hero will no longer be available for download from the App Store or Play Store. In-game purchases have also been disabled. If you made any purchases between January 25th and February 24th, you may be eligible for a refund, as long as you submit your request before the servers go offline. The customer support team will remain available for 30 days after the shutdown.

To help you enjoy the final weeks, all players will receive SSS+ copies of limited-time heroes and 100,000 Hero Coins. This reward mail will be available until the shutdown date, giving you access to some of the strongest characters before the service officially ends. You can continue using your existing Hero Coins as usual until the servers go offline.

Like many gacha RPGs, The Strongest Hero has reached the end of its run after four years. The market has become increasingly saturated, and keeping a live-service RPG sustainable for the long term is more difficult than ever. Just last month, I covered the shutdowns of Atelier Resleriana and Soul Tide, two more gacha RPGs that couldn’t hold their audience.

While The Strongest Hero had a solid run, it eventually fizzled out like so many others before it. Once March 31st arrives, the servers will shut down permanently, and all official social media accounts will close.

If My Hero Academia: The Strongest Hero has been part of your routine, now is the time to revisit your favourite moments, use any remaining resources, and enjoy the last few months of content.
