Project CARS 3 is scheduled to be removed from digital storefronts soon

Another title will soon be removed from Steam, PlayStation, and Xbox!

Today we have some unfortunate news to share. For an unknown reason, unspecified in the official Steam announcement, Project CARS 3 will soon be removed from digital distribution. This applies not only to the PC version, but also to the Xbox and PlayStation platforms.

Specifically, the official announcement states that all product sales, including the base game and additional content, will end on August 24, 2025. Furthermore, the game’s online mode will remain active only until February 24, 2026.

Fortunately, this gives players time to make any final purchases before Project CARS 3 is removed from Steam, Xbox, and PlayStation. If you’re not aware, any game purchased digitally will remain in your library and can still be downloaded in the future. Interested in finding cheap Project CARS 3 key? Here are the details.

Where can you buy Project CARS 3 at the lowest price before it gets delisted?

At the time of writing this article, official stores don’t have any final sales that significantly discount Project CARS 3 before it’s removed. The best offer for a Steam key from official stores is $49.99 (WinGameStore). As for console versions, if you want to buy the game right now, you’ll have to pay full retail price, which is $59.99. Keyshops offer it slightly cheaper, so make sure you turn off the “keyshops” filter at the top of the website to view all the details.

Sadly, it’s the same with Deluxe Edition. There aren’t any great promos available and if you wish to own the game, you’ll have to be prepared to spend some money.

While we are hoping to see a some kind of Project CARS 3 final sale in digital stores, one may not happen. If you check the price history of Project CARS 3 on GG.deals, you’ll notice the last time the game received a significant discount was back in… June 2024!

Still, you can set a price alert and wait until the last day to make your purchase. Be wary, though. As usual, after the game is delisted, key prices in unofficial stores will likely skyrocket.

Have you played any of the Project CARS games before? What are your thoughts on another entry being removed from digital storefronts? Feel free to share in the comments below.
