In space, no one can hear you scream. Neither can they hear you blast your way through hordes of enemy aliens, apparently. In Space Squad Survival from Rebel Twins, it’s up to you to repair your damaged ship, harvest resources to upgrade your weapons and build a crew capable of surviving hostile space.
But hold on a sec! How did all this come about? Well, in Space Squad Survival, you play the sole survivor of a destroyed starship. Using your humble space shuttle, weapons and bravery, you need to travel down to various planets and harvest resources that can then be used to repair your starship.
Fortunately, you won’t be doing so on your own, as you’ll be able to discover capsules containing additional crew members like you. And you’ll need them as the aliens who took down your ship will continuously attempt to repeat the process.

Space Squad Survival is best described as a mix of base builder and Starbound, where your objective is not just to repair your ship but to turn it into a flying fortress to fight off your alien opponents. That means constantly being on your guard, preparing for the worst and gathering more resources.
Coming from developer Rebel Twins, Space Squad Survival has the same cartoonish appeal, but plenty of depth to it with the aforementioned planet exploration, base building and alien hunting mechanics to explore! So keep an eye out for it and synchronise your star watches, as it’s set to hit iOS and Android on June 5th.
