PC and console investigators will soon plunge into an Unreal Engine 5-powered mystery, drowning in new features. Lovecraftian horrors resurface with hauntingly detailed 4K textures.
Something stirs in the deep, dark waters—Frogwares has announced a new edition of their 2019 Lovecraftian action-adventure game. The Sinking City Remastered is coming to PC, PS5, and Xbox Series S|X, and those who already own the game will receive the updated version for free.
The Sinking City Remastered will be free for existing owners
As revealed in the official announcement, the game will receive a host of improvements and new features. While no exact The Sinking City Remastered release date has been given, players can expect to see the town of Oakmont in a new, eerie light—rebuilt in Unreal Engine 5, featuring razor-sharp 4K textures, more details, and support for DLSS, FSR, and TSR. A photomode will also be included, allowing investigators to capture every shadowed alley and unspeakable horror in grotesque detail.

Cheap The Sinking City keys
Currently, The Sinking City keys are available at 80% off on GOG and the Epic Games Store. The Steam version is slightly pricier, with discounts ranging from 60% to 77% in select keyshops. The Xbox Series and PS5 editions are also on sale, with markdowns reaching 90% ($4.99).
While the Switch version is on sale as well, remember that the Remastered edition won’t be available on Nintendo’s console.
