Famously tight lipped about their broadcasts, The Pokémon Company might’ve let an important bit of info slip ahead of the July 22 showcase.

We’ve known this Pokémon Presents has been coming for a while, but other details have been kept hush-hush, as is usually the case with these broadcasts.

\n

However, thanks to some metadata scraping of the game’s official YouTube channel from self-described Pokémon Master Joe Merrick, who runs the insanely comprehensive Serebii.net, we do now know how long the July 22 Pokémon Presents will be.

\n

According to the data, the show will run for 24 minutes, which might not sound like a lot, but it would make tomorrow’s broadcast the longest since 2023, with the previous two clocking in just over 19 and just under 13 minutes, respectively.

\n

It’d also make it the fourth-longest Presents since the format was introduced in June, 2020.

So in case you missed it, the Korean YouTube channel put their placeholder up

Of course people will go nuts about this but here’s a reminder of lengths

What will the July 22 Pokémon Presents show?

\n

It’s not unusual for The Pokémon Company, which presents these shows, to play their cards close to the chest in the lead-up to events. And, unfortunately, for those of us hoping to get a glimpse of what to expect, it’s no different this time around.

\n

However, since debuting in 2020, previous Pokémon Presents have featured a mix of info on mainline games, spin-offs, mobile releases and even the odd surprise.

\n

And with Pokémon Legends Z-A set to release on October 16, it’s surely likely to feature at some point, right? Right?!
