Those who can’t wait for the upcoming release of Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes may want to take a deep dive into its prequel. Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising is a short side-scrolling RPG about CJ, a scavenger who visits a certain town looking for treasures but stays to help the people in need.
Gameplay involves exploring adjacent locations (a standard set of mines, forests, and so on) in the hope of completing simple quests to collect stamps needed for an explorer’s license. Players can control up to three characters to make use of their unique skills in combat. The game is also available in the PC/Ultimate Game Pass catalog.
In Dungeons 3, on the other hand, you can become a villain—the Dungeon Lord, dead-set on expanding his rule over the fantasy realm. This real-time strategy game features a lengthy single-player campaign, perfect for fans of Dungeon Keeper. It’s also worth pointing out that its continuation, Dungeons 4, is available on Game Pass.
Last but not least, I Am Fish. Or rather, you will become one if you decide to play this title. It’s a simulation game with cute visuals and fun puzzles. Playing as various fish, you’ll be roaming around the map, engaging in (fairly challenging) activities in a physics-based experience.
