Xbox Free Plays is back once again with the ill behavior, dropping 5 games for us to check out over the weekend.
With Halloween rapidly approaching, there’s a couple of psychological horror titles in there to give you some seasonal scares. If you’d rather get your heart racing with sporting action, that’s in the mix too. And for those of us who prefer things a bit more chill, we’re in for a flippin’ good time too.

This week, it’s a mix of sports and spooks, with the odd bit of home renovation thrown in for good measure.
First up, we’ve got the downhill extreme sports of Descenders Next. This one’s already available to PC Game Pass and Ultimate members though, so you might want to focus on some of
We’re being invited to take to the field in EA Sports FC 26. And although a PC Game Pass and Ultimate membership does already include a 10-hour trial, this FPDs addition lifts that time restriction so you can dive in for a full weekend of footy!
Xbox has handed us the keys to House Flipper 2 until the end of Sunday, which is good of them. Whip out the hammer and paintbrush, and get to work turning tired and creaking properties into profit-wielding investments.
Get ready to have your spine well and truly chilled in Phasmophobia. This ghost-hunting game was a viral hit when it launched on Steam, and is now available in early ‘game preview’ mode on Xbox. If you enjoy your paranormal detective work, you can also grab it to keep at a 25% discount right now.
And last up, we’ve got the psychological horror of The Outlast Trials, a survival title that requires skill and cunning. Make your way through treacherous environments filled with traps and blood-thirsty enemies, and stay alive long enough to earn your freedom!
