Zen Studios has announced an upcoming crossover with Tomb Raider, welcoming Lara Croft to the fray within Zen Pinball World on June 19th. This should spice up your pinball tables with some tomb-raiding aesthetics, particularly the legendary Croft Manor among other icons fans of the franchise know and love.
This comes in the form of a new DLC called “Tomb Raider Pinball”, with new pinball tables Tomb Raider Pinball: Adventures of Lara Croft and Tomb Raider Pinball: Secrets of Croft Manor. If you’re keen on reliving Lara’s most epic adventures, you’ll get your chance by pinballing through the jungles of Peru and even across the Great Wall of China.
Of course, I’d say no Tomb Raider content would be complete without Lara’s fan-fave dual pistols in the picture, so you can expect to traverse the pyramids of Egypt, battle the Sea Witch, or take on the Atlanteans with a special third-person shooting mode.
There’s new Tomb Multiball content too, where you can lock three balls into a playfield trapdoor and see what rewards you can find throughout some multi-ball mayhem. Oh, and if you’ve ever wondered what secrets lie within the Croft Manor, you can explore that too while shooting targets along the way.
That’s simply scratching the surface of what’s up ahead, so if you’re done immersing yourself in the world of Godzilla, Kong, and Pacific Rim in the previous update, why not try raiding tombs this time around?
