I love this game! Its a great arcade home port, and i especially enjoy playing it with one 0f my arcade sticks for that genuine feel… I forgot to comment when i watched this during Christmas, so merry Christmas! This channel has recently become a favorite of mine. You touch on a lot of niche, arcade faves of mine and your videos on the 3DO M2s (that i was sorry we didnt get to see launch) made me subscribe. Very eclectic channel…please keep surprising with awesome content!
To this day im still amazed at the huge move list in the original Die Hard Arcade. So many beat em ups have quite a limited move set but DHA it goes on and on. I always somehow find a new move every time i play. Just the other day i grabbed a dude, threw him up for a suplex and piledrived him. How did i do it? No idea.
Have you ever thought of doing a mortal kombat retro spec and some of your older consoles that you showed because of you I was able to get the hyper Neo Geo 64
I must have missed the part of the movie where John McLane fights a Sumo. 😂Did Sega change anything from Dynamite Dekka other than the player character model?
I discovered you because your channel is so helpful and always up-to-date for the MiSTer and Analogue Pocket.
But I also want to give a shout-out to your production values. It can't be overstated how your content is very polished especially for the output that you maintain. As an audio guy, myself, I appreciate your quality vo recordings and edits that make for good listening.

I became a subscriber this year, so this is my first Die Hard Christmas on the channel. Mr. Sujano sent me over because he recommended a video about Nintendo suing someone over something stupid. I've stuck around because I like what you cover.
On a side note, my wife says that you remind her of Catholic church because your cadence reminds her of when people are praying the rosary by memory. Lol

As for what I had for dinner: Half a bag of plantain chips. I got off work this morning at 8, managed to stay up until noon, passed out, and woke up around 4 before going back to sleep around 7-7:30pm. I'm the cook of the house, so no one cooked anything besides frozen dinners. Lol

(The one labelled 1.5) – oh my – what a beauty. 🙂 And Die-Hard wise, lol, so much love here… you see, Die Hard Vendetta was my first commercial release back at Bits Studios (after that cancelled N64 game Riqa I told you about a while back). Fun-fact, with the gamecube's GPU being the first to offer perspective divide per-pixel, I'd actually claim to have been the first to put texture mapped refractive glass / water into a video game with that one. <3 But I'm not sure I'd want to put you through the pain of playing that one again next Christmas 😀 x

Please do some videos on the Sipeed Tang (Nano 20k, 60k, etc) FPGA as well as NESTang SNESTang, etc cores which were translated by nand2mario to that platform. MiSTer is great, but it is fomoAF, at this point.
it's better to give more coverage to up and coming platforms which are actually supported by the hardware developer (Sipeed) and support open hardware standards!

I got an Analogue Pocket last Christmas and since then you and Pixel Cherry Ninja have been my main source on FPGA but you do great tutorials too. I just got Naomi/Naomi 2 running in Flycast the other day. I hope to get a Mister Pi someday soon and then I'll be following your Mister guides.

Merry Christmas! Not sure the 1st time I saw your channel maybe 6 months to a year or more ago. I subbed a few months back because I love old school 90's 3D, esoteric 90's arcade only games, cancelled games, emulator & fpga updates. Like a catch all for esoteric old school gaming. I would like to know more about the future of gaming with fpga, AI, emulators. For example can we ever expect enhancements on Duckstation be implemented into an fpga? Why aren't more people in the community using AI to upscale old pre-rendered backgrounds and fmv already? How do you get motion interpolation on emulators? I have that on my retro avs and it is excellent.
Your channel really is a treasure. Each video is such a joy to watch and it is obvious that you have a deep passion for retro gaming. I am just amazed that you're able to find the time to create all this content. Looking forward to a VGE-filled 2025, especially those retrospective!
