PS5 and PS4 State of Play Event Won’t Have These Games, Says Insider

A new PlayStation State of Play is scheduled to go down tomorrow, featuring both PS4 and PS5 games. Ahead of the reveal, PlayStation has set expectations by confirming there will no major PS5 news, including information about a price and release date. Further, Sony has confirmed there will be no first-party PS5 games present, which rules out Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, Horizon Forbidden West, and more. That said, what we will see is third-party PS5 games, alongside PS4 games as well. This selection of games won’t include two fairly big and anticipated releases though. read more


Insider Hints at Street Fighter 6 Release Date and Reveals Why We Haven’t Seen It Yet

Today, Capcom surprised Street Fighter fans with the reveal of not one, not two, not three, not four, but five new DLC characters coming to the game starting later this year and all the way until fall 2021. While many fans of the fighting game series were happy to see not just five new fighters, but a few great additions, some also began to wonder where the heck Street Fighter VI is. Pokemon: Twilight Wings is a spin-off anime series that has justified its existence thanks to diving into the new region that was introduced in Pokemon Sword And Shield in the Nintendo Switch exclusive video game and it seems as if the Galar based anthology has released some new key art that highlights its strongest trainers! Did Mortal Kombat 11 Just Subtly Hint at Next DLC Character?

Did Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment just subtly hint at the next Mortal Kombat 11 Aftermath DLC character? Warner Bros has released a new teaser for DC FanDome, and within that teaser is Baraka from Mortal Kombat. Why is this relevant? Because Mortal Kombat isn’t a DC property, so it’s odd it would feature in the teaser, unless another DC character is coming to the game, which is quite possible. read more
