It’s part tournament, part convention, part family reunion of the fighting game community. Evo is a tournament where thousands compete in games, both new and old. It’s the proving ground where players challenge themselves to take it all, or reach top 8, or leave groups, or just not go 0-2. There’s art, cosplay, and community. So much community. Long before we brought 2XKO to Evo for the first time back in 2023, we’ve been attending to compete in the massive open-bracket tournaments, cheer on friends, or just take part in the annual celebration of the FGC.
They range from familiar names like Daniel “Clockw0rk” Maniago, Pat “pattheflip” Miller, and Peter “Combofiend” Rosas to Joyce “Saltlady” Zhang, a rendering engineer who just wanted to break out her Jamie Street Fighter 6 cosplay while taking on challengers in pools, and Mannah “paperswordsman” Kallon, a TFT engineer who’s an FGC lifer.
In all, we had over 20 folks from Riot competing in Evo with a wide variety of goals in mind, from deep tournament runs to getting their first Evo win.
This year, we brought a crew to Evo to follow these journeys and, as the bracket would shake out, got to watch co-workers Clockw0rk and Combofiend facing off in Marvel vs. Capcom 2 on the main stage.

I'd love to suggest an awesome idea for the League of Legends community: a special title for players who complete the in-game missions and guides.
Imagine it: "Master of Guides"! It would be an exclusive title for those who show dedication and skill by completing the available missions and guides
we need that combofiend and mike ross team to run it back in 2xko so maybe mike gets to play the game in the first game

hey the report a bug system seems tedious but swiftplay skins seem to be bugged, I have my skin selected but I haven't been getting it in game, noticed no one else had skins either, asked if they had skins or not but no one responded

Game in decline, chests where only champion fragments come, horrible passes where it is not worth spending money, in short the game has reached its end after so many years. Good bye League of Legends.

I've never attended an evo, even though I've been playing fighting games for years. I always thought the event was purely fighting game related, but seeing this documentary showed me that is much more than that. I'm looking forward to next year being my evo debut!
This was awesome to see. I didn't know so many legacy legends were working on 2xko.
This game is amazing, and I cannot wait to see more people playing it.
So far, it's been a blast to play with my friends to experiment and learn things on the fly! I recommend going in blind and doing the tutorials. Leave the videos of combo's/guides until you feel you NEED to consume more 2xko.

P.S please add south african servers to 2xko or a closer server and server select. Game is AWESOME but this ekko champion on 180ping is difficult😂

Unreal engine was trash update 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 Please read it-(and help me) my game was working soo fine I have a very good laptop capable of running dr2 gow Ragnarok games but after that unreal engine 5 thing game got compressed after some days my game stucked on Loading screen i tried many fixes then i face Black screen error then i reinstall games like 5 times in 2 days same problem even reset my pc not fixed….done everything ugc automatic…. disable full screen optimisation and all Nothin is working please help
