The Revolutionary Army is one of the major military organizations in One Piece, and its goal is to dismantle the evil World Government. They wish to free the citizens of the world from the oppressive reign of the Celestial Dragons. The Revolutionary Army has some powerful fighters, but several strong potential recruits could still join its ranks before the series concludes.
Several of these potential Revolutionary Army candidates are current or former high-ranking Marines who already despise the World Government and would be more than happy to take it down. Others are pirates and scientists who have suffered at the World Government’s hands. Most of these characters have impressive Devil Fruits and Haki, and some can provide advanced weapons and reinforcements.

Lilith Would Join the Revolutionary Army to Avenge What Happened on Egghead
Lilith is one of Dr. Vegapunk’s six satellites, and everyone assumed she would eventually betray the famous scientist, as she embodies his evil aspects. She has created weaponry and other technology to steal from others, and she doesn’t like being ordered around. That said, Lilith is a compassionate person, and she was devastated when Egghead was destroyed during the Buster Call.
Dr. Vegapunk has been affiliated with members of the Revolutionary Army in the past. In fact, Monkey D. Dragon tried to recruit him. Now that Lilith has witnessed how evil the World Government can be on Egghead and Elbaph, she could offer her scientific expertise to the Revolutionary Army. Lilith can provide the Revolutionary Army with weapons like her Bubble Gun, which can neutralize any Devil Fruit users loyal to the World Government. Given her knowledge of the Mother Flame, Lilith can also help deal with it and the Ancient Weapon that it powers.

Bentham Is a Good Fighter, and He Can Provide the Revolutionary Army With Decent Reinforcements

When Luffy and the Straw Hats first met Bentham, he was a villain who served Crocodile, but he and Luffy eventually became very close. In fact, if it were not for Bentham, Luffy would have died in Impel Down, and without his help, Luffy would have never escaped from the underwater prison. It is unknown if Bentham has unlocked Haki since the time skip, but he still has the Clone-Clone Fruit, which allows him to transform into a physical lookalike of another person.
Bentham was already a competent fighter who utilized a dance-based martial arts style, and his skills have likely improved since the time skip. After Emporio Ivankov escaped, Bentham became the new Queen of Impel Down’s secret Newkama Land, which means he has a small army at his disposal. Dragon, Sabo, and Ivankov would gladly take additional troops, and they would welcome a fighter like Bentham, especially since he saved Luffy’s life.

Sentomaru Is a Powerful Fighter Who Has Had Access to the World Government’s Technology
Sentomaru first clashed with the Straw Hats at Sabaody Archipelago and fought for the Marines during the Summit War. Not only was he Dr. Vegapunk’s bodyguard on Egghead, but he was also the captain of the Marines’ Science Unit. Sentomaru possesses incredible physical strength and durability, and he wields a massive executioner’s ax. He may not have a Devil Fruit, but he can enhance his body with Armament Haki.
Sentomaru left the Marines and the World Government because of the Egghead Incident, making him one of the toughest free agents in the New World. Sentomaru was able to briefly fight on par with Admiral Kizaru, one of the strongest Marines in the Final Saga, so he would be a welcome addition to the Revolutionary Army’s military strength. Strength aside, the Revolutionary Army would also benefit from all the intel Sentomaru has regarding the World Government’s military and scientific secrets.

Stussy Is One of the World’s Best Assassins, and She Should Have Valuable Intel
Stussy is the clone of Miss Buckingham Stussy, a former member of the legendary Rocks Pirates. She spent years as an emperor of the Underworld, and pretended to serve the World Government as a masked agent of CP0. Given her rank, she was one of the strongest Cipher Pol agents in the series. In reality, Stussy was a spy for Dr. Vegapunk and is no longer aligned with the World Government.
Stussy can use Observation and Armament Haki, and she has mastered the superhuman Six Powers martial arts, making her an exceptionally skilled assassin. She also ate the Bat-Bat Fruit, a Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows her to transform into a bat and bat-human hybrid. With all these skills, she was able to take down Rob Lucci and Kaku, two of CP0’s best agents. The Revolutionary Army would gladly welcome someone as strong as Stussy into the fold, especially since she should have gathered a lot of information about Mary Geoise and the Celestial Dragons.

Jaguar D. Saul Is a Former Vice Admiral With a Major Score to Settle
Before his defection from the Marines, Jaguar D. Saul was a Vice Admiral, and he went into hiding on Elbaph after surviving the Ohara Buster Call. He is now a history teacher, but that does not mean he has lost the ability to fight. As a giant, Saul possesses incredible superhuman strength, to the point he can lift and destroy an enlarged Marine battleship on his own. He can enhance his monstrous punches by imbuing them with Armament Haki.
Saul witnessed the World Government’s cruelty on Ohara, and if that was not enough to make him join the Revolutionary Army, then seeing them attack Elbaph would probably do the trick, especially if the other giants declare war on the World Government. The Revolutionary Army currently has one giant in their ranks, so adding Saul would help even the odds against the giants who work with the Marines.

Both of Jewelry Bonney’s parents are founding members of the Revolutionary Army, which perhaps makes her the only person in the world with an open invitation to join the organization. The Celestial Dragons enslaved both her parents in the past, and they are the reason her mother died and the reason her father was turned into a seemingly mindless weapon. Safe to say, Bonney has every incentive to join the Revolutionary Army and take the Celestial Dragons down.
Aside from her parents’ connection to the organization, the Revolutionary Army would love to add Bonney’s Devil Fruit and unexpected military might to their roster. The Age-Age Fruit has one of the best Paramecia transformations in One Piece because it has the power to manipulate ages. More importantly, it can age Bonney into any potential future, which means she can acquire any power she wants, like Luffy’s Gear 5 form. She also has full control over every Pacifista based on her father Kuma, meaning she has an army of powerful cyborgs on her side.

Fujitora May Join the Revolutionary Army in the Middle of the Final War
Fujitora became a Marine Admiral during the time skip, making him one of the World Government’s most powerful weapons. He may be blind, but Fujitora possesses incredible Observation Haki, to the point he can still “see” his enemies. He is a master swordsman who wields the Yakuza Kasen, a cane sword and one of the world’s 12 Supreme Grade Blades. Fujitora can use Armament Haki too, and he can control gravitational forces because of the Press-Press Fruit.
Despite being their servant, Fujitora despises the World Government and the Celestial Dragons. In fact, he allowed the slaves in Mary Geoise to escape when the Revolutionary Army attacked during the Reverie. When he learns the truth about Imu, he will likely defect on the spot, even if he is fighting with the Marines during the Final War. Fujitora can wipe out entire kingdoms by pulling meteorites down from space, meaning he can do serious damage to the Celestial Dragons’ weapons and loyalists.

Kuzan’s Disdain for the World Government Could Lead Him to the Revolutionaries

Kuzan was a Marine Admiral during the Summit War of Marineford, but he left the World Government behind when he was unable to become the new Fleet Admiral. His Haki and combat abilities are superb because he was personally trained by Monkey D. Garp. He ate the Ice-Ice Fruit, one of the Final Saga’s strongest Logia-type Devil Fruits, and it gives him complete control over ice. Even Yonko Commanders with powerful Haki can be frozen solid by his ice.
Kuzan is now allied with Blackbeard as one of his Ten Titanic Captains. Blackbeard wants to become the King of the World, effectively replacing Imu as the world’s new tyrant. For this reason, it is hard to believe Kuzan will stand by him until the end. Given how much Kuzan despises the World Government’s corruption and its disregard for civilian life, it makes more sense for him to join forces with Dragon, who wants the corruption gone and the people to live in peace. The Revolutionary Army would not say no to an Admiral-level fighter either.
