The fact the Island Mode isnt available for PC is mind blowing.

What happened to the neckbreaker visceral pro wrestling game? The game his been quiet for months
I lost hope on the wrestling code, i know it takes a while to make a new game from scratch, but they barely give updates on the game or full in ring gameplay,
Ultra Pro Wrestling looks absolutely horrible. I get it's not finished but it's by far the least fun looking game in yesrs..
I went to New England fanFest 10 on April 5th and signed up for the wrestling code beta testing. it has been almost 3 months since then, and I have not received any update information about the beta testing whatsoever…. The main creator of the game was supposed to be there for Q&A purposes, but was running late and as far as I know, he never even showed up. I was there from open to close of the event…
I dont know man, i want to be excited for wrestling code as the roster of dudes they have announced for it sounds great but theres been so little news or information as to anything about it. I saw the demo with Chris Danger and it looked a lot more like the acclaim games then I would have liked it too.
well, the dlc dropped and yeah shaq and the nba players can't be edited, so you'll definitely need modders to create shaq fu
Put the 2k24 goldberg in 2k25 to replace the missing dlc character.😅
The other thing about 2k servers closing is that if you get a corrupt game save after servers close you cant obtain replacement caws.
They also take all digital content off online stores once servers close…If you had uninstalled a wwe game by 2k and try to reinstall after servers close it often doesnt sync😢
When do servers close for wwe2k24 please 😅

I wonder how the devs are doing with the wrestling code!!! Taking their time is KEY to a successful game
Sometimes when people are limited, they doing a much better job creating. AEW had billions of dollars to put in their game and it was very limited.

Great video Clint I’m excited about the islands new chapter because I will give props to 2k they do give out some awesome rewards and creation parts when playing it and beating chapters
I’m excited for upw and the wrestle code I’m hoping one day casual pro wrestling can come on consoles because that game looks amazing

All I’ve cared about since its announcement is The Wrestling Code. We REALLY need a competitor to WWE2K and it seems TWC might be able to pull it off! Just sucks they’ve been so quiet since their last tech demo.
I'm a simple man. I see news about UPW (& Wrestling Code, to a certain extend), I click. Wrestling Empire news was not on my bingo card, lol.

Honestly I kinda moved on from the wrestling code since the roster never gets updated anymore like I get that one of the devs is focusing on family stuff but how much longer do we have to wait you know

Happy about abyss but 2k25 dlc is truly awful
To be fair with the Brunson and Haliburton thing, they did have appearances on WWE recently and WWE DLC for guests tend to focus a bit on recency even though they sometimes bring in the older iconic celebrities. For instance, Machine Gun Kelly, while Mr. T shows up as DLC as well. As for getting rights to Rodman and Jordan, I'm sure they could have gotten them. Then again, I feel like the NBA in particular must have wanted 2K to put more focus on Brunson/Haliburton (not to mention NBA 2K had a Season dedicated to Jalen Brunson).
Also, yeah Haliburton got a season ending injury in the Finals.
I will say, as a Knicks fan, I'm excited for those two (it's literally part of the time where Knicks are actually more respected than they have been in decades, so I'm for this DLC).
In fact, it's not the first time WWE 2K did some NBA stuff in their games. They had a MyFaction card based on The Miz from the Celebrity game years ago.
Even so though, there's a couple of others I had in mind for WWE DLC before those guys…like Layla, Torrie, Hardcore Holly, Mr. Kennedy, Victoria (much more possible since she is in TNA and they are partnered with WWE right now), Jazz, Albert, Test, and maybe a potential pack featuring stars from WWE's other partners. Possibly BDE too (as he's not just a content creator who did WWE 2K like Danger, but just like him, he's also wrestling). If not that, well maybe they could include a moveset pack like they used to do.
what makes us angry with the island is it has no difficulty level because how can you beat the game or beat the person you are playing when thier created characters are at 100 xp then it's not fun, that's why i went and bought wwe2k25 version for the ps4 with out the island, know i have wwe2k25 for both ps4 and ps5.
Speaking of creations, any updates on if you'll be sharing the Stryzers (and/or other CAWs) this year?
