I've almost completed bl4 and I gotta say…I'm really struggling to like it. I hate most of the npcs (each npc seems like they see themselves as the star of the show… idk I can't explain it..)
It feels like the devs tried to do too much with the stiry… check too many boxes. And the jokes are more silly and cringy than any other bl… (every "serious" moment amon has still seems like it's trying g to be a joke due to his over the top barbarian voice/personality.. (imagine the tick reading shakespear)

Hey guy, just need a confirmation here. Is it writing suck like Borderlands 3? I don’t worry about gameplay or performance at all.
The scaling in this game is broken af. You can be on a main mission, clear a few waves of enemies that are around your level and then start getting packs of enemies which are so way above you that you don't even see their level. And from what I've seen leveling won't help you either because they scale up. This can honestly end up breaking your entire playthrough. Honestly, f gearbox. I've bought two copies of the game, one for me and one for my brother and now I'm supposed to deal with a broken ass game… Yeah, never preorder folks.
12hrs in, I'm having a really good time
While it is impressive and intense (at times), I found it not too much fun to play. Of the four Borderlands, to me, this has to be the least attractive. The other games knew how to balance difficulty with fun – they never frustrated you to the point of rage-quit. This one, however, does (especially the last boss battle). I have kept the other versions on my system after I completed them, I will be removing this game from my system. It is frustration without fun – my take – your mileage will vary!
Wait for this game to go on sale in like 6 months or less and then id reccomend it (I haven’t played it but just trust me. Im right.)

I'm about half way through my first playthrough as raja, and i love it. On PS5 I've experienced no bugs, the gameplay feels great, the villain is better, dedicated loot and fun bosses. So far so good, and i was really skeptical about this game.
