Best ARC Raiders Loot Spots Players Keep Secret

The maps in ARC Raiders are full to the brim with loot for players to find. It is hard to go far without finding a decent gun, upgrade materials, or even some nice legendary attachments. However, because of how the areas are laid out, some of the best loot is often located in hotspotsfull of players and is almost always contested.

ARC Raiders: All Trinkets & How to Farm Them

Trinkets are the best source to get coins in ARC Raiders, here’s a list of all of them, how much each one sells for, and the best route to farm them.

While a lot of the more obscure loot locations have already been discovered by the majority of the player base, there are still a few overlooked spots that can house just as many valuable items as even the high-loot zones. A lot of these locations aren’t super flashy, but they can gear up a player super quickly without too much hassle or with very few confrontations.

It is difficult to measure how unknown a spot is, so there is a chance you will be familiar with some of these already. Nevertheless, these loot spots are relatively obscure, so hopefully, the article reveals a few areas that are new to you.

Dam Battlegrounds — Radio Tower

Right On The Outskirts

Arc Raiders radio tower-1

Details:

  • Right on top of a spawn point
  • Spawn chance for every kind of crate, including weapons

Dam Battlegrounds is the very first map that any new player will load into, and because of that, the entire area has been scoured from top to bottom for the best loot spots. A lot of people instinctively run to the big highlighted areas like the Control Tower, but there are actually some great spots to check on the farthest reaches of the map.

Towards the West of the Scrap Yard, there is a radio tower standing in the open that has a chance to contain everything from a weapons case to up to three ammo crates. It’s a prime location to check for anyone spawning on the South side of the map, and because of where it is, the loot is virtually free to anyone who decides to check it out.

Buried City — Marano Station

Weapons And Ammo Galore

Arc Raiders Marano station

Details:

  • Rarely checked, especially early into a match
  • Two weapon spawns within 50m

Marano Station is a marked location in Buried City that seems like just another piece of architecture for players to enjoy in the background. In reality, it is a pretty great loot spot that can give ARC Raiders players some decent loot before they head further into the map.

ARC Raiders Bounty System Wouldn't Work Why-1

Why an ARC Raiders Bounty System Wouldn’t Work as Well as You Think

Players keep asking for a bounty system in ARC Raiders, but the idea creates more problems and risks pulling the game away from what makes it work.

On the north side of the station, there is a breachable door with a small room that can spawn a weapon and utility crate, as well as having some higher-value breach containers for players to open up while they are around. Also, if players climb up to the roof, there is another weapon crate spawn, and a third slightly to the East, turning this basic area into an incredibly valuable loot zone.

Spaceport — Fuel Lines

Hidden In Plain Sight

Arc Raiders-8

Details:

  • Upturned pipe with weapons case spawn
  • Simple but very easy to run past

Spaceport has an incredible open layout that allows players to see virtually anywhere on the map from a single raised location. However, despite having some pretty abundant areas in the towers and buildings, there are a few sneaky spots that players should always check during their runs.

Right below the Fuel Lines map indicator is a vertical pipe that can spawn a weapon crate that so many players just simply don’t know about. What makes the spot so great despite only offering up a single crate is because of its location, being on the way to other large loot zones and near player spawns, that checking it takes virtually no time, despite the payoff potentially being pretty big.

Blue Gate — Highway Collapse

More Than Just A Quest Location

Arc Raiders highway

Details:

  • Multiple spawns are all very close by
  • Fast access to a bag, medical supplies, and a weapon case

The Highway Collapse is a spot that many players will be familiar with on Blue Gate. The ‘Reduced to Rubble’ quest takes them directly to it, and there are three spawns that put players within touching distance, but many just leave the zone without double-checking the surrounding area.

To the East, there is a bus that has a weapon crate spawn, as well as a medical spawn directly underneath the same piece of road. Back the other way, players can grab a bag from the underside, a utility crate from within the Western segment, and even two ammo ones right at the end, gifting players all the resources they could ever need right at the start.

Stella Montis — Assembly line

In The Middle Of The Firefights

Arc Raiders Stella

Details:

  • Four case spawns within 10m
  • Elevated weapon/medical bag that many ignore

Stella Montis was the first new map added to ARC Raiders since launch, and it gives players a completely different feel from the rest of the locations. Almost entirely inside, it’s a PvP warzone where every sound is important, and every loot location is constantly under pressure.

Among all the chaos, players can take a visit to the assembly line and grab a nice hidden weapon or medical bag just outside the main loot area. Located in a hanging metal frame, virtually no one checks it, giving players a free piece of extra gear that will no doubt help them in the upcoming fights.

Spaceport — Staff Parking/Fuel Lines Tower

Above The Bastions And Bombardiers

Arc Raiders staff

Details:

  • Towers around the map with weapons cases and high weapon rates in the drawers
  • Security breaches in both towers, alongside other containers

Out of all the maps in the game, Spaceport is easily the most vertically oriented, having a huge tower right in the center like Dam Battlegrounds, but with plenty of other towering structures that are scattered around the area.

These taller buildings can actually be some of the best to check, one because the loot is good, but two, because players are too lazy to go all the way up. Two of these structures are located next to the Fuel Lines and Staff Parking, each housing a potential security breach spawn, alongside weapons, ammo, medical supplies, and any other loot a hungry Raider could need.

Buried City — Piazza Roma

Tucked Behind The Trees

Arc Raiders piazza roma

Details:

  • Multiple weapon spawns in the same building
  • Hot zone for so many other weapon cases, all outside high-loot zones

Throughout all the cramped buildings and tight corridors, it can be hard to locate good loot spawns in Buried City. The zones can be a useful guide, but because of how easy it is to hear everything, a single container being opened could be all it takes for another player to rock up and ruin your day.

That’s why checking the outer areas is a great way of getting some good loot safely, and the houses in the West Village are easily some of the best for this. Directly below Piazza Roma is a house with two weapon case spawns inside, and to the East, the larger structure has three more, all outside high-loot zones, and all hidden away from those pesky PvPers.

Dam Battleground — Electrical Tower

In And Out In A Flash

Arc Raiders Electrical Tower

Details:

  • Very close to the extraction point
  • Several player spawns and bonus loot to the south

Anyone who has played more than a few matches of Dam Battlegrounds will know about the Testing Annex extraction point. It is one of the most common locations to leave, and is slotted right next to a decent loot zone, near a high one, and within shooting range of a Harvester spawn.

This means that most of the loot will be long gone for players who spawn late into a match; however, just off the mainland lies the Electrical Tower, a sneaky spot that can give you some extra loot before leaving. An ammo crate and some nice containers can be found inside the structure, and a short walk to the south gives players a weapon spawn and some more ammo, letting them loot and zipline back before anyone can take them out.

Spaceport — Arrival Building

No One Checks The Roof

Arc Raiders arrival

Details:

  • A ladder on the rear side that often goes unchecked
  • Four weapon spawns in the area, with several containers on the roof

High-loot zones are always the most contested out of any location on the maps. That said, for places like the Arrival Building on Spaceport, it can actually be one of the best places to check, even further into a Raid after all the good loot is supposed to be gone.

Inside the building alone, there are three weapon case spawns, alongside some ammo and medical supplies that can all be grabbed within about a minute. Yet the most important place to check is on the root, which can be accessed from the back via a ladder, and up top, there are even more spawn locations that virtually no player checks despite constantly running past them.

Blue Gate — Maintenance Bunker

Waiting Below The Action

Arc Raiders maintenance

Details:

  • Next to a lesser-used extraction zone
  • Security locker alongside other bags that are rarely looted

As many people know, the best loot on Blue Gate is often tucked below the surface, as under the mountains lies a large complex of rooms and corridors full of puzzles, locked doors, and a boatload of loot that is always being chased by players the second they load in.

Keeping that theme of subterranean loot, the Maintenance Bunker is another great spot to check, but it is also one that is basically left untouched right up until the end of the match. The reason the spot is so good is that it is right next to an extraction point, so players can run down, loot the security locker and the rest of the bunker, and get out before the window closes to get out.
