There are a variety of different challenges and missions that you’re going to get on a regular basis in the slightly-less apocalyptic post-apocalypse of Fallout 76, and one that you’re likely going to see fairly often is going to require you to kill Mole Rats.

Where To Find Mole Rats
These are some of the best Mole Rat hot spots in Appalachia.
Mole Rats are some of the easiest creatures to defeat in the wasteland, though be mindful that each time the hit you, they’re going to apply a small amount of radiation. Coming equipped with either Rad-X or Radaway is going to minimize your radiation exposure, or fix it immediately after.
Aside from completing challenges, Mole Rats provide a few resources, like Mole Rat meat which can be an easy-to-make food ingredient, Teeth (which can be scrapped into Bone), and Hide (which can be scrapped into leather). This is one of the easiest ways to obtain both of these crafting ingredients.
