Steel-type Pokemon in Scarlet and Violet are a powerful category of Pokemon that have a variety of shared characteristics. They are especially strong against physical attacks and have high defense, special attack, and special defense stats. Steel-type Pokemon also often have a variety of resistances, such as being resistant to Dragon, Ice, Rock, Normal, Bug, Flying, Grass, Psychic, and Steel. They are completely immune to Poison-type moves. 

Because of their defensive capabilities, Steel-type Pokemon tend to be very difficult for opponents to take down. Additionally, many Steel-type Pokemon have special abilities that increase their strength in battle. Steel Pokemon are also the type with the highest Physical Defense, making them great for handling opponents that rely on Physical Attacks.

All New Ghost-Type Pokemon

Ghost-type Pokemon make up 6.94% of all Pokemon, making them the third-rarest type of Pokemon. These mysterious creatures have a wide range of Moves, from the ability to put you to sleep with Hypnosis to the ability to manipulate shadows with Shadow Ball. Common characteristics of Ghost-type Pokemon include possessed objects and floating ghosts. 

They are often found lurking in abandoned buildings, graveyards, and other places associated with death or the supernatural. They are known to be the least resisted type, only being resisted by Dark-type Pokemon and completely nullified by Normal-type.

Ice-type Pokemon in Scarlet and Violet are unique creatures that excel in both offense and defense. Common characteristics of Ice-type Pokemon include an affinity for snow, a high defensive stat, and generally low speed stats.

These Pokemon are often capable of using powerful ice-type moves, such as Ice Beam, Blizzard, and Avalanche. They are also capable of using various status-altering moves to help them in battle, such as Confuse Ray and Icy Wind.

They are typically larger and more powerful than their single-type counterparts.
