Being samurai in Japan I would expect Japanese character maybe Tom Cruise from Last samurai but Heimdall from Asgard ? WTF?

Me buying shadows on pc last night for 26 dollars not realizing a ssd is mandatory tried playing for a half hr with my hdd and i was like nope so went on amazon and bought a 1tb nvme just to play shadows 😂 i mean it did play but the loading prompts drove me nuts

Apart from mirage that was only 30hours game . Every other title is like 90% better than any other rpg overall including witcher!and that's bot my words are the numbers talking and rating by people that actually played it.

I loved the mindless grind of Odyssey, and hunting down legendary weapons and armor sets and a large list of templars. In Shadows all of this is a devastatingly tedious slog. Disappointing, to say the least.
I never really cared about the stories of games like these I always wanted to get to the action. But when assassins creed Valhalla came out I tried to pay attention but the writing just gets really lazy after a while
If u think about buying it it’s like ac odyssey if u like odyssey u will love these game the fighting is so satisfying with naoe the black guy play like Jin in got I got it from steam discount for 43$ it’s worth it for me
Ubisoft killed AC for me with all those micro transactions, just straight milking what they can. Don’t give me that “they gotta get paid” bs, they’ve been paid alright.

I’m about 5-7 hours in and tbh I’m just bored.. I keep looking at the map and going ‘phew… am I up for getting through this?’ I’ve played all the ACs, I hated Valhalla and got through it. I dunno if I can do it again..

the knowledge points thing ruined the game for me. i feel like this could have been great but most of the side quests are boring and i can't progress without getting those points which are too boring to get. also, the amount you get doesnt make sense, you get 1 point for doing the mediation and running a mini quest in the past memories, but you get the same amount to find 2 letters in a temple.
I just got it near the end of September. I’m actually really really happy with it. I know there’s a lot the they got wrong, but it’s a game. I mean it’s not a biography. So I just changed my mind set and remeber , game. I’m about 20 hours in and yeah I’m still liking it. Will say some of the large video scenes are rough but it’s still a very playable game
