Don’t bother with season 8 if you haven’t already… it’s a chore. The devs of Diablo clearly are focused more on making money than a fun experience. Case in point I got a helmet after grinding for 3 days trying to get it only to find out it was block listed because of the damage being “broken”… I remember when game devs had fun making games and loved to make broken mechanics for players to enjoy. The fact that I mostly solo Diablo and would have never even looked into how strong this helmet was less might not have even used it in the broken way that most Uber hardcore players would have shows me these devs aren’t focused on balancing they are focused on reducing the skill and power of hardcore players. Which isn’t really that big of a player base if they focus is to market towards a casual player base.
The bosses still one shot you with attacks that only pop up a half a split second before you get hit, and when you dodge those attacks you have to wait for a evade cooldown( stupidest thing I’ve seen in games) before they immediately spawn another attack and one shot you. Their goal is obvious. Reduce the power of the players, reduce the speed of solo players and force them to buy game pass to join multiplayer. Scum devs don’t deserve our time or money.

Good he is gone maybe the classes will make sense. Why does the druid have more magic than a sorc make it make sense. Druids are all about nature but is d4 it is a lightning sorc from d2 lol this game is so lost.
poe2 has progressive gear that drops. D4 has gear that is nice and gets bricked most of th e time plus no end game

There are more low key players than the hardore one's playing this game, making it more difficult is just a big mistake, nobody will enjoy it anymore let alone that drops are very rare and impossible at times. Make the game more interesting with more builds, and mythic drops, so players in a l llevels will have fun all around, make the game with more options for the hardcore one's and the weekend players but do not forget that drop rates are important too. At the same time add additional options in customization department, colors on armours, different swords, axes, daggers, do not also forget to include customization in colors for the mounts.

How I got banned on d4 and became the biggest POE fanboy. I got banned for trading high ticket items for in game gold. As a casual player.. Something that I earned legitimately and thought I could sell since, ya know.. I own it.
Items like max roll 4ga rod of kepeleke. I sold it for 62b on Diablo trade. And I got a 4ga kessime legacy and got banned literally the same day. 😂
I wouldn’t recommend taking this game seriously and wasting your time getting insanely rich because blizzard will just ban you and they don’t give a fuck about any plea you try to make. Even if you’re innocent.

I just got Diablo iv 4 weeks ago, been grinding heavy but I hit a wall in enjoyment. This is a game you have to put down for a minute in order to continue to enjoy it. I’m blazing through content rn, I’m still Torment 1. I know things will change for me real soon. But for now, I’m having fun with my little bursts of game time. I definitely like the vibe of Diablo, my necro is DARK DARK lol
I uninstalled about a week ago. Needed room for Wilds.
Playing S7. Basically they took things that were easy to get by level (Gems) in the past, now made it difficult to reach max gem because now you need 10k fragments just to get max.
Why?
The mythics… that's another one they've made harder to get. I've ran around 1,000 Duriel, not one mythic. Same with other bosses. Nothing!
Last season I netted about 9. Why are you going to make an already hard thing more difficult? There's no fun to that, it gets really old and tiring.

Diablo 4 hasn't been worth playing at all had fun on s5 s6 was just an ass character with a 2hr campaign with no majoelr boss or even an Uber boss added to the game. I just player poe1,poe2 and grim dawn. Way more content. Spiritborn is ass.
D4=dead game
D4 gives me that level of mindless repetition that I need to unwind after a whole day at work, where I have to be dialed up to 11 all damn day. Is it "fun"? Not really- it's a relaxation thing for me. I can pop a gummy, pour myself 2 fingers of scotch, and kinda unwind with d4 and its aimless, mindless level of activity. That used to be WOW for me, but nowadays, I have to be really a little to cerebral to play WOW anymore- just doesn't hit that spot for me.

I hope people realize they can love a game that a streamer says sucks. I am playing and having more fun with D4 now than ever before. I tried playing POE 2 with a friend and within minutes realized it is shared loot and haven't gone back. I played the crap out of D3 and was told it is in trouble almost the entire existence lol. I was a huge Asmond fan when he streamed WOW and when he stopped I continued to enjoy the game. Imagine that.
Played POE2 done most pinacle stuff bar max juiced atlas bosses. Got to 130 pits in d4 S7 and now just playing a bit of WOW. Starting to find it hard to grind a game these days just to do pinacle content on different levels, not really fresh or enjoyable. Kinda have most fun building new characters and doing some minor endgame and start again.
I think Elden ring showed me how much more fun it is with the campaign progresion rather than broken record end game grind.
How to know Diablo 4 is little bit of dead?
When you search videos on D4 and last valuable video is 3-5 days old… Even weeks

I can't believe Rod Ferguson hasn't been fired yet. Diablo 4 is awful in itself, but I've been patient and hopeful until the expansion. But after experiencing the expansion, I realized that I couldn't have anyhope for these developers. If Blizzard still has hope for Diablo 4, what it should do right now is fire all of its incompetent developers who ruined Diablo 4. And Blizzard needs to get new developers who have a better understanding of the ARPG genre and are passionate about it.

Nah poe2 is amazing, people just THINK they wanted early access, but they didnt they wanted a full release and werent prepared for a real early access.
I still like d4 better than POE2, fast movement, fast paced is far more interesting to me. POE is good if your the nerdy type, and can stay awake with the slow gameplay.
