I don't have money to spend it on new games. But good games are good even after years, so … I finally had some time to try this game and I was very disappointed. Feeling when beating enemies or even boxes is just not right. I don't have feeling, like I am destroying or beating something or somebody. I press the button and on TV a see animation and that's it. I remember first Devil May Cry – every strike feels real. Destroying wooden boxes or whatever felt so good – like I am doing something that maters. In Black Myth – it's just that peew peeew feeling or how to call it. Similar like in Biomutant – very nice game, but fighting and shooting feels miserable. I was so excited about Black Myth but for me – no good.

I don't know if this was added as I just started playing it last week but you can buy a map at the "bonfires". Loving it!

I don't usually write game reviews or any kind of reviews but I felt like I had to share my thoughts regarding this game. My advice to anyone who is thinking of buying it: do not buy it if you are a casual gamer.
The first and biggest problem with this game is that it is way too hard for a casual gamer who would just want to have fun after a hard day at work. I spent 1-2 hours with the hard bosses and it was not fun at all. It made me feel awful, it made me think I am a crappy player. The second problem is the story. To understand the story of the game you would have to know the Journey to the west lore which I do not so I basically had no idea what was going on in the game. The third problem is the graphics. There is no other way to put this, but this game looks awful on PS5.
This game cost me 70 Euros and it was my worst gaming experience in my 10 years of gaming. I hope someone will find this comment useful and avoid this game.
This game is too difficult for the casual gamer to sink there teeth in. The combat is very much Souls like. If you suck at timing and reading attacks dont bother getting this game. Bosses are unforgiving and punishing and your dead in a few hits even with the highest defence buffs. Im disappointed in buying this game after watching your review when you said its not like a souls like game. I dont regret alot of things but £60 spent and i cnat even get past that fucking Tiger at the start of chapter 2.

I’m gonna be honest. Bought it, played it for like 5 hours and I hate it. It’s press 1 button until your able to press the other button. Lackluster weapon design and combat sucks, hitboxes are ATROCIOUS. This is probably the worst review I’ve seen. The games graphics are trash on pc. The stuttering is egregious. Game is trash

I just got round to playing this and it's tiny area then boss, tiny area then boss, tiny area then boss. I really ain't feeling it at all it's irritating.
This game was no challenge at all really but was fun. It was ok. Beat it on the hardest mode.

Before you buy, don’t buy. Visually, the game is excellent. Eventually you will find out that this game is extremely difficult boss fight after boss fight.

This game is only gonna get better because the updates are working on fixing the main problems. They added a map not too long ago and im sure there working on the camera and optimizing the game even more.

I have the console version of the game and so far no issues
