How To Redeem Codes
Before redeeming the code, keep in mind that your character must be at least Level 10 or higher to claim the rewards. Otherwise, the codes will not work.
Open the pause menu and then click on the settings icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen. Now, head to the Others tab, and you will find a Redeem button. Click on it and enter the redeemable code. Make sure to pick the code corresponding to your server region. Also, make sure it is not expired yet. If the code is correct and still active, you will get a “Redeem Successful” notification on the screen, but the reward has not been claimed yet.
Return to the pause menu again and open the mailbox. You should now have a new email from the code you redeemed. Just claim the rewards, and it’s all done!
