What is Error Code 315306 in the Diablo 4 Beta?
Much like other error codes in the game, such as 316719, 300202, and 300008, Diablo 4 Error Code 315306 affects players at random, either keeping them from playing at all or kicking them from the game once they’ve started.
It sometimes appears alongside those error codes listed above, as well as the message “unable to find valid license.” Some players have been DC’ed and met with the issue multiple times in a row, even after waiting in line.
What Causes Error Code 315306?
Error Code 315306 seems to be caused by one of two things.
- The beta isn’t available in your region just yet.
- Server issues.
The Diablo 4 open beta runs from March 24 through March 27 and begins at the following times:
- 12 p.m. EST
- 4 p.m. GMT
- 5 p.m. CET
- 3 a.m. (March 25) ACT
Server issues are another matter, considering the massive number of players flocking to the open beta and trying to play at a single time.
Is There a Fix for Error Code 315306?
If the open beta isn’t available in your region yet, all you have to do is wait for the right time before logging in and queuing up to play. However, many players will come across the error while already in-game, so is there anything you can do?
If Error Code 315306 appears while you’re playing or waiting in queue, it’s a server-side issue — and it’s likely you won’t be able to fix it yourself. Indeed, you’ll simply have to wait for other players to leave the game and reduce the server load.
As with any time-out error or connection issue, it’s always good practice to troubleshoot your set-up and Internet connection just to be sure it’s a server-side problem. Be sure to exit Battle.net, check your Internet connection, reset your router if need be, and relaunch the game. The problem is you’ll have to sit through the waiting queue yet again. Bummer.
