What a cinematic! Absolutely epic. The music also conveys the grandeur of the moment. When Inarius lands among the demons, even though his face is hidden, you can feel all of his pride and disdain towards the foul creatures fowling the same ground as he, pure art.
The game never reveals if a single angel nearly ended hell. What would an army of them do? Why does heaven allow this

i wish they did more angel stuff, the absolute power and aura of inarius is absolutely cracked, it was disappointing how fragile and easily beaten he was, considering he's supposed to be in the top 3 strongest angels. but man… he was cool as fuck.
the diablo universe also favors the evil side of things, wish we saw more catastrophic events and more like when things started etc, i really just wish this shit was a tv series or multiple movies

If this had been Diablo 3, I dare not dream what Diablo 4 would've been in scope. But after 3, no one cares, this prodigiously awesome cinematic is forgotten by peers. They could've had a Halo menu-OST and all they got was a generic seasonal

It’s cool when you think about it, whenever we see angels fight demons they don’t just instantly kill them with ease, they actually struggle a bit to finish them off.
Unlike us the Nephilim, absolutely mow down demons with ease. When you look at it like that, you could kinda see why the Heavens wanted to destroy Sanctuary or at least drain the Nephilim of power (which does happen)
Honestly would love a Diablo game where we actually fight the angels as well, kind of like “We’re sick of your Eternal Conflict mess, we’ll just end it ourselves
