For anyone thats reading this comment,i just realised after doing a specific side mission.That you can actually face the exact same Machinedramon that this Justimon fought.And it’s even implied in the game.
I hope Bandai Namco use Time Stranger as a reference for making future digimon games.I just loved it so much,everything.The gameplay,the story the in game environment the variety of well thought out characters and their back stories.I showed full support by buying the Collector’s Edition and it was definitely worth the full price i paid.

Man, this prelude was really well animated, and I don’t want to spoil anything for people who haven’t played to this point yet, but for people who know… Titamon showing up at the end adds a whole layer to the storytelling in my opinion, especially after what we learn in the endgame side quest about what happened back then.

Deputymon into Justimon is not something I would have thought of, but works quite well. Especially in this case.

This moment is never covered in the game. They acknowledge Yuu and his mom were killed, but no other context.
I didn't think there was a full-on war. And over the egg? Junomon lost it twice?! And it's amazing the government characters covered up such a big conflict so well, no one knew Digimon existed for years.
Yuu's fate being ambiguous in the trailer also makes it unclear why Aegiomon looks like him. Did Yuu die and his spirit joined with the egg, or did Aegiomon subconsciously decide to evolve to look like someone who protected him before he hatched?
And there's nothing about Justimon. If he was intended to be in the main game, he's probably cut content (which I imagine there's a lot of) or he's going to be in the DLC.

You gotta give it to digimon, they are masters in putting us go through the feelings and not afraid to show tragic and traumatic scenes in their games and anime, AND THAT'S WHY DIGIMON IS MY FAVORITE ANIME OF ALL TIME, even more than onepiece which i am a huge fan of, love u digimon ❤❤❤❤
