Everspace 2 Complete Challenges Guide
The challenges you complete in Everspace 2 can be viewed in the Data -> Challenges screen. Here, you’ll see various objectives, most of which are related to combat, though others rely on thorough exploration. Below, we outline their criteria and their rewards based on their category.
Amateur Tinkerer Challenges and Rewards
Basic Objectives
- Dismantle 20 common items.
- Craft an Energy Core.
- Upgrade a weapon’s level.
Basic Objective Rewards
- +3,000 credits and XP bonus.
Master Objective
- Unlock all common module blueprints.
Master Objective Rewards
- Get 20 Power Couplings (uncommon crafting parts).
- Hunyadi Royalty engine color.
Outlaw Hunt I Challenges and Rewards
Basic Objectives
- Kill five Outlaw Scouts affected by EMP.
- Kill 10 Outlaw Drones with missiles.
- Kill 3 Outlaw Webbers while not webbed.
Basic Objective Rewards
- Unlock Outlaw Hunt II challenges.
- +3,000 credits and XP bonus.
Master Objective
- Destroy an Outlaw Base from an unknown signal without taking any hull damage.

- 10% discount on all equipment items at the Flying Dutchess.

Outlaw Hunt II Challenges and Rewards
Basic Objectives
- Kill an Outlaw Demolisher with one of its own mines.
- Kill an Outlaw Anti-Missile Drone with a missile.
- Destroy all armor plates of a Bloodscar Overseer.
- Defeat an Outlaw Drone Carrier without destroying any of its drones.

Master Objective
- Destroy an Outlaw Sniper Drone from a distance of at least 3,000m.

- Outlaw Ravagers will have a greatly increased chance of dropping higher-grade items (i.e., Prototype and Starforged).

Advanced Combat Challenges and Rewards
Basic Objectives
- Destroy a missile with a Flak Cannon.
- Destroy an enemy affected by three or more debuffs.
- Kill five enemies within five seconds.
- Use a single mine to destroy two drones.
Basic Objective Rewards
- +15,000 credits and XP bonus.
Master Objective
- Destroy an enemy from a distance of at least 4,000m.
Master Objective Rewards
- +50% increased damage for 20 seconds when you first enter a location.
- Erin engine color.
Ceto Explorer Challenges and Rewards
Basic Objectives
- Visit all seven of Ceto’s regions.
- Complete 10 location challenges.
- Complete three Distress Calls.

- +3,000 credits and XP bonus.
Master Objective
- Get very close to Ceto’s sun.

- Complete a High-Risk Area without firing your primary weapon.

- Complete a High-Risk Area without having a shield or armor installed.

- +20,000 credits and XP bonus.
Master Objective
- Complete a High-Risk Area in under six minutes.
