I really kind of appreciate too that the dinosaurs in Legacy Of Atlantis have all been updated to reflect more modern thinking about them: namely, the addition of hair or feathers.

Am I the only one who thinks Legacy of Atlantis is clearly a remake and sequel at the same time? I don't see anyone talking about that, but Laras narration in the trailer to me sounds like she's revisiting TR1s locations to find what she missed back then and return to Atlantis to uncover more of its secrets
My guess is,
The Survivor trilogy would act as the origin. If they wanted to start a reboot they wouldn't use the jade necklace in the new trailers.
They are gonna use the LAU formula and just reimagine only the TR 1 game to bridge the gap between Survivor and Catalyst.
So, the Survivor trilogy –> Legacy of Atlantis –> Catalyst.
This also aligns with how the catalyst only mentions the Yamatai incident and Atlantis incident.
Interested to see how Catalyst takes place after Underworld. Can't wait for both games!!

I love that they included the adrenaline move and the "gymnastics" (that you see in the Tomb of Qualopec sequence) from Anniversary. It's such a nice nod back to this game. I wonder if they only include these in the Atlantis game as a reference or whether they will also appearin Catalyst.
