I hope we can make it so mii's can cycle through clothes that we actually want them to.
I remember giving a mii a very annoying outfit that they just wouldn't take off, with me just havung to restart them from scratch.
Which i didn't like doing.
I definitely do think we do have some options to decorate the rooms. If you look closely in Alice room 9:22 she has a self portrait of herself. I hope they give us some freedom to decorate.
i will say i do miss the terraforming of the old island. the new one is so flat and square whereas the last one had at least a little bit of realistic charm to it. but maybe that will be customizable?

I have never played the original Tomodachi Life but one thing I loved while watching the game on YouTube was the reactions
of people when they are casually scrolling through the apartments and then just out of nowhere fart
Nobody is noting that the models shown on the clothing stores are miis who live on the island.
I would imagine with it being on switch 2 and everything being bigger that we will be able to customize the houses! Fingers crossed 🤞🏻 Mii 🫶🏻

What I really want to know is how we'll be able to share Miis with each other like how on the 3DS we could use qr codes… The switch doesn't have a camera… Maybe there will be a store in-game to download Miis from online like in ACNH there was the machine in the clothes shop to download designs? If anyone has any idea, pls share 🙂
1:36 I think you may be able to pick individual pieces of clothing, those two main miis have the same pants in different color
Maybe the basic room upgrades as your Mii's happiness levels up so your Mii isn't just stuck in an empty room until you buy them a new interior
If there isn't any codes to get miis then I will be very upset (I don't mean qr codes I mean codes that you need to type in)
I honestly kinda hope that they have British and American accents for both regions that the game will come out in

I just noticed! When the mii is gifted the cabbage, the number in the bottom right goes down from 5 to 4, that must mean that the number is signifying how many miis have problems!!!

Something I just noticed is that the model for the ad on the clothing store on the left is one of the island miis (the guy in the shot with the sparkles and butterflies).
At the very least this probably means that we’ll be seeing our miis inserted into random ads and places and stuff as we play, kinda like how miis could randomly perform a part time job at one of the stores in the last game. Or maybe we can ACTUALLY give our Miis definitive jobs, and that particular mii was given a job as a model or clothes store employee or something

I noticed some mii's have the same pants on, different colors. Im wondering if you can just gift panty, shirts, and shoes separately

there are different miis in the pink house in each regions trailer, if you look on the shelf by the door they each have a framed photo of themselves :3

13:38 A little detail I like is that the Mii dancing at the end is the same one asking at the beginning about the release date, as he's happy to have gotten his answer.
I think we will be able to remove the ears, and there might be more ear designs (including stuff like pointed/elf ears or cat ears). I recall using stuff like eyebrows or sunglasses to create things like pointed ears or cat ears for Miis in the past, so maybe they're integrating customization options inspired by what people used to do with Miis to achieve certain looks.
Fun fact(found this out thanks to someone's Twitter post) the default/basic/beginner Mii home walls, the backgrounds when creating Miis, the sweater/shirt they wear during Mii creation & the screen showing the release date's pattern designs are different Mii mouths. I thought they were based on the 80s/90s arcade carpets/retro designs that are popular & while that might be possible it's kind of funny/cool that the random shape designs for that are actually the mii mouths.
Another interesting thing is that the trailer shows at least 3 different ear options. Also Alice has a photo of herself on a shelf in her room.(There's a duck on the shelf below it)
i think that the miis will be able to swim bc if you look at the part where you set up the two friends you can see boys in the back round probably a cut off of how far they can swim

4:44 Random guy here 1 of the miis had pink hair which means you can have multiple different choices not just highlights and if you saw skin color that was a paint thing right above the skin color meaning we might be able to make a purple skinned mii or a pink skinned mii if that's the case I'll be able to create my dream Tuffle and Saiyan hybrid cac in the mii quirky form that's a purple skinned with dark pink hair and dark blue highlights 😁.
I’m honestly a bit scared it won’t be as weird and silly
Like I loved clicking on spots on the island to see what miis are selling or if they’re rapping or whatever, I want that experience again

I think a better way of talking about Tomodachi Life is kinda like if the sims was a sit com that you could influence
im starting to mature a certain fear, we still havent seen anything about relationships. I hope they will show it in the next trailer and hope that not having relationships is their solution to gay couples
