Game Freak has revealed a release date for its upcoming action-RPG, Beast of Reincarnation.
As announced at this evening’s PlayStation State of Play broadcast, Beast of Reincarnation will arrive on 4th August, across Xbox Series X/S, PC, and PS5. It’ll also be out on Game Pass on Xbox and PC. Previously, we only knew it was coming sometime this summer.
As for that aforementioned trailer, you can check it out below:
Beast of Reincarnation takes place in a post-apocalyptic Japan as players take the role of Emma the Sealer confronting the source of the world’s corruption to save humanity. By her side, though, Emma has her loyal dog Koo, who will support her during combat.
Beast of Reincarnation all looks really rather promising, and it has been noted it looks quite different – and larger than – Game Freak’s other games outside of Pokémon. The game will be published by Fictions, which was founded by a collection of game developers.
Elsewhere this evening, we also got a look at Death Stranding 2 on PC, and a Kena Bridge of Spirits sequel.
