Instead of the standard flare stations around the map, this one shoots the flare in a more horizontal trajectory rather than straight into the sky, indicating there’s more to this platform than meets the eye. This is actually a puzzle that will require players to follow the green flare and find one of the gourds that can be used for the Blue Tower in Big Walk.
How to Solve the Green Flare Puzzle in Big Walk
Players can find the green flare puzzle in Big Walk directly south of the Blue Tower and just north of the colorful obstacle course puzzle. It’s sitting right at the shoreline, and the elevated green structure is hard to miss.
- After climbing up the green platform, players will find two buttons at the top. The button on the left launches a green flare, while the one on the right does nothing, or at least immediately.
- One player on your team will need to follow the trail of green smoke to the destination where the flare ignites, while the other one will wait at the green platform awaiting your signal. Both players involved in the puzzle either carry a walkie-talkie or the person following the green flare must have a flare gun.
- After the player following the green flare’s trail reaches a rocky area next to the shoreline, they’ll need to look right under the ignited green flare to find a mysterious box with a camouflage pattern nestled between rocks.
- Once the player is close to the box, they’ll need to signal the player on the green platform via the Walkie-Talkie or Flare Gun to press the red button. Once the button is pressed, the box with a camouflage pattern will open, allowing the nearby player to carry the gourd back to the Blue Tower. This is how players can easily solve the green flare puzzle in Big Walk.
