Last Epoch: How to get the Peak of the Mountain Unique
Players can get the Peak of the Mountain Unique in only one way in Last Epoch: by defeating The Mountain Beneath boss in the Lightless Arbor dungeon. Lightless Arbor becomes available when you reach the Surface Zone.
The Lightless Arbor is one of the three optional dungeons available in the game and requires a key to enter. Players can get the key to the Lightless Arbor by defeating bosses in the Monolith of Fate or through random drops of standard enemies. The latter has a rarer drop rate.
Once inside the Lightless Arbor, you must defeat the Mountain Beneath boss for a chance for the Peak of the Mountain Unique to drop. It’s not a one hundred percent drop, but it’s not as rare as you would think.
The good news is that you can attempt this on any tier level, including one, meaning you can farm the easiest difficulty until the Peak of the Mountain finally drops from the boss.

Peak of the Mountain effects
The Peak of the Mountain Unique is great for builds that focus on critical damage. The reason is that this helm raises critical strike chance by 240 to 290 percent, considerably increasing overall damage output. Additionally, the helm will provide a boost to all your attribute points. The only downfall of the Peak of the Mountain is that critical hits won’t take health off enemies when equipped.
Besides that minor negative of the helm, you won’t ever turn back once you equip the Peak of the Mountain. You’ll find your build is much more deadlier when it is equipped.
