While running La Croissant De Lunne in The Witch’s Bakery, you’ll gradually learn more recipes that can be used to increase your daily income. Some of these recipes are tied directly to the story, but several of them require you to seek them out. Otherwise, you could miss them entirely.
For the most part, learning new recipes is done through cookbooks that are sold by Hassan, but a few recipes must be taught to Lunne through quests, so be sure to speak with everyone and check the shops periodically to unlock every recipe and the subsequent achievement of making them all.
All Bread, Viennoiserie, And Pastry Recipes
As mentioned, several of the missable recipes in the game are unlocked by purchasing the recipe books from Hassan. Unlike other books, you won’t actually need to read them to unlock the recipe. Instead, purchasing the book will automatically add it to your available recipes, which you can practice that evening in the Atelier.
As with every other vendor, however, Hassan’s available books and games will expand as time passes, and you won’t find all the recipe books available immediately. So I recommend checking in at least once a week to see what’s new in his shop.
Pastries do not become available in the bakery until you complete Estelle’s Palace, and even though you will not make them yourself during service, you’ll still need to practice them in the Atelier and find recipes for new ones, just like you do for the other goods you sell.
