The Charger is one of the first tough encounters you will face as you get the hang of mechanics and spread the managed democracy. Most of this bug’s body is covered with thick armor, protecting the soft tissue beneath it. When no bullet penetrates heavy armor, always use the resupply pod to eliminate the threat.

To unlock the Caught Them By Supplies trophy or achievement in the game, you need to kill a Charger by dropping a resupply pod on it.
The Charger is one of the resilient Terminid enemies in the game, as its weak spots are covered underneath heavy armor, except the exposed tail on the back. It will be a lucky drop if you manage to kill a Charger with one resupply pod.
However, you can always strike a Charger’s back to weaken it. When it has taken many hits, you can drop the resupply pod on it to kill it in a single blow.
The Charger is one of the mobile Terminid enemies, and therefore, you must time your resupply pod stratagem call and ensure it hits this big bug promptly. Otherwise, you will have to wait few more minutes for the cooldown.
Recommended Stratagems
If you are lucky, then killing a Charger using the resupply pod can happen in action. However, one can never rely too much on luck, and planning will always give you a guaranteed kill to unlock the Caught Them By Supplies trophy or achievement.
Orbital EMS Strike is the perfect stratagem to use against a Charger. It will cease its motion for quite some time, and meanwhile, you can throw the resupply stratagem on its face or exposed part.
This action, of course, should only be done after you have weakened a Charger. You can
use the G-10 Incendiary Grenade to deal with the fire AoE damage
. Using all four grenade charges will be enough to land the killing blow using the resupply pod.
Alternatively, you can use the Jump Pack stratagem to climb any vertical platform, especially an indestructible surface such as rocks, and then drop the resupply pod on the Charger.
