We just had sobble in gen 8 in 2019. its highly unlikely that its another water lizard.

Fire dog is good but water lizard has been done multiple times, Totodile, Sobble, and Mudkip is kind of lizard like, also Squirtle and Froakie are not that different from lizards either. Grass bird has been done too and we just had Totodile again in Z-A too. If that is true that is not a great idea.

The grass bird might be a bird of paradise.. the fire dog might be a wolf type or a pomeranian/husky type dog.. the water lizard is probably a iguana or a monitor lizard or some kind of( semi or prehistoric type marine reptile)

I may not play the games anymore but I do like to be kept informed. Some things I do wanna see are.
More water type split evos since this is a more island based area like the Orange Islands. Like Garchomp being more aquatic. Maybe a variant of Sharpedo or a new form carvana turns into. Wailord variant. Krookodile split Evo where it's more aquatic(seriously I know we have Feraligatr but Krookodile would be cool). Blastoise could get a variant. Torterra too where he's more like a sea turtle
New Poliwrath, Seismitoad and Toxicroak variants.
The first ever three stage Crustacean water starter. That'd be nice. There's never been a crab or a lobster starter. Honestly it would be good to have it focus on a Mantis Shrimp bc we already have a pistol shrimp with Clawitzer. Or maybe a coconut crab or yeti lobster.

Not trying to get my hopes up but if this is true and they will actually be showing gameplay, that to me suggests confidence in what they’re going to reveal.
One of my biggest worries is that Gen 10 of pokemon will ONLY be on switch 2. (Now this is just my opinion since I'm not sold on the switch 2 yet, since a lot of people aren't in my opinion. But I hope we at least get a switch 1 version.)
Edit: I just hope everyone will be happy with the outcome. Of the pokemon presents.
